install ITM6 agent and load support with SDA

If you install an agent thats build with SDA feature, it load support on the connected RTEMS server. Also HubTEMS and TEPS are updated.
e.g. installation of a custom agent k07 on a system

# ./installIraAgent.sh /opt/IBM/ITM 
Installing k07 ..... 
Processing. Please wait... 
Stopping Monitoring Agent for Custom AIX OS ... 
Product Monitoring Agent for Custom AIX OS was stopped gracefully. 
Agent stopped...

To start the agent, run: 
    /opt/IBM/ITM/bin/itmcmd agent start 07 
To stop the agent, run: 
    /opt/IBM/ITM/bin/itmcmd agent stop 07 

 

You can now check if the agent is running with:

# cinfo -r

In the ITM6 TEPS console you can see that there is a "Application Support Mismatch"
if you click on the pink icon in the Physical view you get the following screen:

If you will see where the mismatch is, right click on Enterprise, select Workspace, select "Manage Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Servers - Enterprise Catalog"

Left click on link (before HUB_<name>) and select "Installed Catalogs - Enterprise View"

Left click in the "Installed Catalogs - Enterprise View"
and select "Properties..."

Select now "Return all rows" and "Apply" button and then "Filter" tab

Fill in you installed agent you want to check in the example "K07"

Click on "Apply" and "OK" 
you see now that the last REMOTE TEMS has still the old version

To load application support on the RTEMS that has not the latest support loaded (repeat the steps below for all the RTEMS Servers that need the new support loaded)

# cd /opt/IBM/ITM/config/.ConfigData
# vi kuxenv  and
# vi k07env

change the line where the ip adsress is defined of the RTEMS just used for the first installation into the RTEMS that need support loaded
<type>|HOSTNAME|<IP adress RTEMS>

# itmcmd agent stop ux 07
# itmcmd agent start ux 07

Install the custom agent again on the same system you have installed before 

#  ./installIraAgent.sh /opt/IBM/ITM

The only thing left is stop and start the TEP client!
